LOCOMOTIVE 5W-30 FA-4 is a premium performance fuel efficient synthetic heavy-duty diesel engine oil designed to meet and exceed industry and engine manufacturers’ performance requirements in on-highway applications. It is formulated for use in newer engines with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) and Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems and offers improved fuel economy where API FA-4 SAE 5W-30 engine oils are specified. It has been developed and intensively field tested to ensure that it meets the stringent requirements of Mack, Renault and Volvo trucks and is approved against Mack EOS-5, Renault RLD-5, and Volvo VDS-5 respectively.
